ABOUT US

TRIBE was founded in 2021 as the Organization for Indigenous Autonomy's student branch. TRIBE's mission is to educate students and faculty about Indigenous concerns, elevate Indigenous perspectives on campus, participate in community improvement initiatives, and stand in solidarity with other disadvantaged communities. TRIBE is intended to reflect the OIA's youth mission. Our main objective is to develop cultural linkages with the land and to maintain Indigenous peoples' sacred heritage.
